Standing committees
Each committee works independently under the leadership of a chairman who is accountable to the board to ensure proper supervision of the foundation's museums, collections, and activities throughout the year.
The committees do not have financial authority. In the event of an unforeseen need, the executive committee should be contacted.
PLANNING COMMITTEE
The Planning Committee provides advice to citizens regarding local plans and conservation regulations.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee is responsible for the daily management of the foundation "Fonden Gamle Sønderho", including the implementation of the Board's decisions.
MUSIC COMMITTEE
The Music Committee selects the musicians who will perform at the Foundation’s balls and other events.
BUILDING COMMITTEE
The Building Committee supervises the Foundation's buildings and outdoor areas and ensures that they are maintained and that the rules for listed buildings are complied with.
FESTIVITY and EVENT COMMITTEE
The Festivity and Event Committee plans and carries out events in Sønderho Forsamlingshus under the auspices of the Foundation.
COSTUME COMMITTEE
The Costume Committee maintains the costume collection and is responsible for the purchase and rental of costumes.
