Each committee works independently under the leadership of a chairman who is accountable to the board to ensure proper supervision of the foundation's museums, collections, and activities throughout the year.

The committees do not have financial authority. In the event of an unforeseen need, the executive committee should be contacted.

PLANNING COMMITTEE

The Planning Committee provides advice to citizens regarding local plans and conservation regulations.

The Building Committee oversees our buildings and outdoor areas, ensuring that both the buildings and the areas are properly maintained and in good condition, and that the regulations for protected buildings are adhered to.

FESTIVITY and EVENT COMMITTEE

The Festivity and Event Committee plans and organizes events at Sønderho Forsamlingshus (Community House) on behalf of the Foundation.
