Payment of goods

To be able to shop in the online store, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment card that we accept.

You add the selected item to the "Shopping Cart". You can make changes to the contents of the shopping cart up until the time of placing the order, and you can continuously check the contents and prices of the items.

When you are ready to place your order, click on "Proceed to Checkout", enter your name, address, email, phone number, payment method, and choose the delivery method. We will debit the amount using VISA or MobilePay when we ship the item.


Order confirmation

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation afterwards.

Delivery and shipping

We deliver using GLS and PostNord. We will process your order as quickly as possible.

Right of Withdrawal

When you make a purchase at Lorenzens butik, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which expires 14 days after the day you receive your item.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days from the receipt of your item by contacting us at info@fondengamlesonderho.dk. In your notification, please make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the delivery without providing us with a clear message regarding this.

Right of return

When you shop at our webshop, you have a 14-day right of return from the receipt of your item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

If you wish to return your purchase, the item should be returned to Lorenzens Butik, where it was shipped from. When returning the item, please ensure that it is in the same condition as when you received it. You may try the item on as if you were trying it in a physical store, but you must not have used the blouse, and the tags must be intact.

When returning the item, please make sure it is properly packaged. You are responsible for the item until we receive it.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are expected to amount to a maximum of DKK 70.00. You can return your item to:

Refund

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If it is in good condition, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the purchase of the item. If the item has been depreciated in value while in your possession, you will be responsible for the depreciation, which will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the payment, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the date we receive an email notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase of the item. If you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer, you will be responsible for the additional cost.

The refund will always be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

2 years gurantee

Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including the rules regarding defects. This means that depending on the specific situation, you are entitled to either have a defective item replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction.

 

Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not occurred due to improper use of the product or other damaging behaviour.

 

You must contact us and file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. We recommend that you file a complaint as soon as possible. The complaint must be made within two months.

 

You can file a complaint by contacting us via email at info@fondengamlesonderho.dk. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.

 

When returning the item, we will ask you to provide as detailed information as possible about the problem.

 

If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us.

 

We do not accept packages without postage or packages sent cash on delivery.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and that you should obtain a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package/item until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt, including information about shipping costs and any tracking number.

Post Nord delivers the shipment directly to the delivery address in Denmark.

Shipping and postage Europe

Post Nord, UPS, DHL etc. delivers the shipment directly to the delivery address in Europe.

Shipping and postage outside the EU

If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, you can always try placing an order to see if we ship to you. You're also welcome to contact us if you have further questions.

Packages outside the EU are primarily shipped with UPS and DHL.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

In order to make a purchase at Lorenzens Butik, you are required to provide at least the following information:

- Name

- Address

- Email

- Phone number

 

We collect the above-mentioned personal data in order to deliver the goods to you and provide the requested service. Information necessary for shipping the goods will be shared with the chosen shipping company.

 

Your data will be stored, along with information about the items you have purchased, for a period of 5 years from the end of the respective fiscal year, after which the information will be deleted.

In accordance with the law and under certain circumstances, it may be necessary to disclose information to public authorities or the police. For example, in cases of suspected credit card fraud.
